1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using FB Content Writer (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides tools to create, schedule, and publish posts on Facebook Pages, with AI-assisted content writing. The Service requires a valid Facebook account and permission to manage the Pages you connect.
3. Accounts and Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Credits and Payments
- The Service uses a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits in advance and spend them on AI features.
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by Thai consumer protection law.
- Credit balances do not expire while your account remains active.
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
- We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days’ notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that violates Facebook’s Community Standards or applicable law.
- Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or credit requirements.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.
- Use the Service to process or publish content that infringes intellectual property rights.
6. AI-Generated Content
- AI outputs are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of AI-generated content.
- You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
7. Availability and Changes
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or Facebook account restrictions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

- นำไปขายต่อหรือให้ใบอนุญาตช่วงการเข้าถึงบริการโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรล่วงหน้า
4. เนื้อหาที่สร้างโดย AI
- ผลลัพธ์ของ AI เป็นเพียงข้อเสนอแนะเท่านั้น คุณเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการตรวจสอบและอนุมัติเนื้อหาก่อนเผยแพร่
- เราไม่รับประกันความถูกต้อง ความถูกกฎหมาย หรือคุณภาพของเนื้อหาที่ AI สร้างขึ้น
- คุณเป็นเจ้าของเนื้อหาที่คุณสร้างโดยใช้บริการ
5. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย ข้อพิพาทจะได้รับการแก้ไขในศาลของประเทศไทย
